Algarve Assistants: help with your Rental Licence

If you choose to disregard this, it is possible that you can receive unlimited fines and still have to purchase a licence immediately. Previously the licence laws were not clear but these have now been clarified and the authorities are actively searching through properties advertised to rent to see if they have licences in place.
In order to have a licence there is a list of standards that each property must reach prior to being viewed as suitable for licencing.
We can Support you in this process. Never struggle with paperwork again in Portugal and let Algarve Assistants take the stress away with their prompt, efficient and trusted services.
Find Algarve Assistants in their new offices in Almancil on Rua do Comércio, Edifício Palma, 1º andar, loja 4D or in their offices in Patacão on the way to the airport. Offices are open Monday - Friday, from 9am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
