Autumn Festival at Golf Santo Antonio

Golf Santo António, at Parque da Floresta, held the Autumn Festival in the last week of September. The festival, which ran over six days, comprised a combination of events, Singles, Scramble, Pairs, Dubai and Am Am competitions. This year’s Festival attracted well over 600 entries.

The Festival concluded with the Gala Dinner followed by prize-giving. The winners of the Santo Antonio Cup were Wendy Harnett in the ladies’ category and the men’s winner was Bruno Vicente. The Owners’ Trophy was won by Maria Dawson and Ross Hetherington. The Challenge Cup was won by Chris Suckling and Basil McKeon. The evening’s entertainment was provided by The Mashups.
The golfers and their guests were highly delighted with the success of the Festival.
This year’s Christmas Festival will comprise three golf competitions: aTexas Scramble Shotgun on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day, and The Newland Trophy – Greensomes on Boxing Day.
The Festival is open to all, with a special green fee rate of just €25 per competition, plus the entry fee where applicable.
Santo Antonio Resort is organizing an evening full of entertainment for New Year’s Eve. With a delicious menu, professional service and live entertainment, all the ingredients are there for a memorable evening.
There is a special price for couples and 15% or 10% discount for reservations confirmed with 50% pre-payment until 31 October and 30 November respectively.
