Earlier crowds had joined a march demanding justice for Edir Frederico Da Costa who died on the 21st of June.
Campaigners claim Da Costa's neck was broken and he was "brutally beaten", but the Independent Police Complaints Commission said a preliminary post-mortem indicated there were no spinal injuries caused by police.
