Lisbon: The capital is forecast to be very cloudy over the weekend and start of next week, but it will clear up as the week moves on. The silver lining is that the cloud will push maximum and minimum temperatures up, to highs of 21 degrees Celsius by the middle of next week.
The South: Southern Portugal can look forward to a lovely week, starting off with some scattered cloud over the weekend before clearing up for unblemished sunshine and temperatures next week peaking at 24 degrees Celsius.
The North: Northern Portugal will have to endure a few more days of showers over the weekend but there too, the clouds will dry up, the sun will come out and the mercury will rise to pleasant highs of 19 degrees Celsius by the end of next week.
