First refugees to arrive in Portugal during first half of October

Portugal’s Deputy Minister for Regional Development, Pedro Poiares Maduro, has this week announced that a first group of 30 refugees are due to arrive in this country during the first two weeks of October.
According to Minister Poiares, the refugees will arrive in Portugal from Italy at the request of the European Commission.
He further revealed that Portugal was invited by the EC to be among a small group of countries taking part in a pilot project, and that the arrival of the refugees is a sequence of that invitation.

In Germany there are arrive this year 577.000 fugitives. In Holland there arive this last week 4.200 fugitives. So I hope that Portugal takes more people. Of course not so much as Germany and Holland this is grazy.

To Yvonne, Germany created this mess by inviting the world's downtrodden in. Germany did not consult with other countries before hand, and therefore should be the one to take on this mess, All Of It. St. Merkel has already proven her incompetence in how she has handled the austerity crisis, this migrant mess is icing on the cake. Its time for Germany to stop hiding its desire to keep wages low in that country behind its veil of moral superiority. Oh, and one last thing, it doesn't matter how many migrants Portugal takes in, as soon as they get get their papers, these economic migrants will be heading back your way.

And to Yvonne... I seriously hope that Portugal does NOT take in more people! The population in Holland/Germany are getting increasingly frustrated. Especially because they feel that they are not heard by their governments. There are very bad times ahead if they go on like this! People that can will be fleeing Holland/Germany because of this problem! Portugal is one of the few places where (for the time being) life is still very relaxed in that sense.. Suits me!
