PSD - CDS-PP coalition won 38.55% of the votes (104 MPs), losing its absolute majority and the Socialists came in second with 32.38% (85 MPs), and there are still 4 MPs to be announced from the emigration circles.


In a report released today, the rating agency said that "even if we can expect that the re-election of the government guarantees the focus on budgetary consolidation", the loss of the absolute majority "will probably complicate the implementation of more structural measures".
