The former Chelsea and Spurs boss won the Portuguese championship and UEFA Europa League with FC Porto back in 2010-11.
Former Portugal international defensive midfielder Paulo Sousa has taken Basel to their sixth consecutive Swiss Super League title.
Sousa had brief spells at QPR, Swansea and Leicester City.
One person not celebrating this week will be Cristiano Ronaldo who, despite scoring yet another hat-trick in Real Madrid’s 4-1 win over Espanyol, could not stop Barcelona winning the Spanish title after Messi worked his magic to score the all-important goal against Atlético Madrid.
Few have been able to cope with Barca’s front line of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez. Between them they have already scored 115 goals this season as they chase three trophies.
Real Madrid’s cupboard may be bare but Ronaldo should pick-up the Golden Shoe award as he heads the leader board with 45 goals - four ahead of Messi.
