Lisbon: The capital will see high cloud cover over the weekend, which will push thermometers up to around the 30 degrees Celsius mark on Saturday, before the cloud clears up and the mercury drops to a more comfortable 28 degrees for most of next week.
South: The Algarve will be the warmest place in Portugal for the imminent future, with high cloud and maximum temperatures of 33 degrees forecast for the weekend, before thermometers drop to around the 30 degree mark for the rest of the coming week.
North: Northern Portugal will be the coolest part of the country at least for next week, with a spot of rain even possible on Monday. The weekend will see maximum temperatures peak at 24 degrees Celsius, dropping to 20 on Monday, and climbing up to the 25 degrees mark from Tuesday onwards.
