TV calls the tune

The opening round of Primeira Liga games are spread over six days as TV once again dictates the order of play.

The action gets underway as newly promoted CD Aves entertain Sporting on Sunday at 6pm followed by Vitória de Setúbal at home to Moreirense at 8.15pm.  
A big night for SC Portimonense fans on Monday as the Segunda Liga champions come up against Boavista FC (Porto) in Portimão, kick-off 5pm.
CD Feirense v. Tondela is at 7pm followed by Rio Ave and Belenenses at 9pm.
Last season’s runners-up FC Porto are at home to Estoril on Wednesday night at 7pm followed by Benfica entertaining SC Braga at the Estadio de Luz; kick-off 9pm.
The last game of the opening round is next Thursday when Vitória de Guimarães play GD Chaves at 9pm.
