Parliament is discussing further regulating online transport firms such as Uber and Cabify.

Uber and Cabify back in Parliament

 

This comes after all five the largest political parties expressed their disagreement with the law as it stands.

 

Among law proposals are that Uber drivers spend no more than six hours behind the wheel, that their cars are not older than seven years and that they undergo special training.

 

The Left Bloc and the Communists share concerns of taxi associations, and appear opposed to legalising Uber and Cabify.
