Reports out today suggest the recent hot weather has kept people out of stores and away from the new autumn-winter lines as they still opt for cooler clothing. The footwear sector is also said to be suffering as a result of the warm weather. A spokesperson for the textile industry said the sector has lost a month and a half of sales.
