Renowned Parisian brand Karl Lagerfeld has joined a group of national and Brazilian investors to build a residential building in Lisbon aimed at the high-end real estate segment.

Despite still not having a defined date for entering the market, Pedro Vicente, CEO of Overseas, the promoter of the investment, told ECO that “the project will consist of ten one- and two-storey apartments with areas starting at 220 square metres” and that the project will be submitted to Lisbon City Council in February.

“We would like to start with pre-sales at the end of 2024”, reveals Pedro Vicente, telling ECO that the project has three national and Brazilian investors, including Ricardo Pucci, CEO of Galli Investimentos e Participações.

Karl Lagerfeld is not one of the project's investors. According to Pedro Vicente, the French brand is a partner in planning the entire design and branding of the space, as happened in residential development in Marbella, in the Karl Lagerfeld Macau hotel, as well as in the luxury hotel and residential project The Sail in Melaka, in Malaysia, and the development of luxury housing in Dubai.

“We share the core values of innovation and the focus on building a better future, I am sure that this project will be an important addition to the valuable and vibrant city of Lisbon”, says Pier Paolo Righi, CEO of Karl Lagerfeld.
