Delta is followed by EDP, which occupies second place (up one position compared to previous years) and Ikea, which enters the top 3 ranking for the first time, according to the Merco corporate assessment ranking, which annually evaluates companies that best meet environmental, social and governance criteria (ESG).

Lidl takes 4th place, followed by Sonae (5th), Microsoft (6th), Google (7th), Vodafone (8th), Jerónimo Martins (9th) and Corticeira Amorim (10th) complete the top 10 of this reference monitor in the Iberian space.

With regard to ESG subclassifications (Environmental, Social, Governance), the Nabeiro Group (Delta Cafés) leads all categories. EDP ​​occupies the second position as the most environmentally responsible company, followed by Ikea. In the social sector, Ikea ranks second and Lidl third. And in the governance category, the second position is again occupied by Ikea and the third by EDP.
