In the 10 kilometre race, starting and ending on Avenida dos Aliados, Rui Borges 'avenged' second place in the previous edition and won in the men's sector, with a time of 30.01 minutes, beating Miguel Borges (Sporting de Braga), previous winner and now relegated to second place, by a second, and João Amaro (Benfica), third again, by nine.

Among the women, Mariana Machado confirmed her favoritism and confirmed her victory in the race, in 33.21 minutes, surpassing Susana Godinho Santos (Recreio Desportivo de Águeda), with 33.50, and Carla Martinho (Recreio Desportivo de Águeda), with 34.54, who completed the podium.

As in previous years, the event was also part of a five-kilometre walk, with no competitive purposes.
