In relation to December 2022, the average value of income
decreased by 8.8%, while the value of sales decreased by 2.8%.
Lisbon maintained an average rental income above 2,000
euros, while Porto, Setúbal, Faro, Madeira, and Évora also maintained an income
above 1,000 monthly. As for sales, Guarda (109,534 euros) and Portalegre
(115,435 euros) remained the cheapest districts to buy a house in January,
while the most expensive were Lisbon (635,441 euros), Faro (581,112 euros) and
the Autonomous Region of Madeira (470,755 euros).
