根据发表在《共和国日报》上的一份文凭，就 "ISEG 111年 "系列的7.5欧元硬币而言，铸币厂被授权铸造2889枚 "含量为92.5%的特殊处理 "和111枚 "最低含量为99.9%"的银合金硬币，总金额不超过247,500欧元。
就 "欧元20年 "系列而言，限额为165,000欧元，将铸造最多3,000枚银币。
该文凭没有附上新硬币的外观图片。
