Lisbon: The wet weather is to continue throughout the weekend although some sunny spells are forecast for Sunday when temperatures will reach highs of 13 degrees and lows of 8 degrees. The rain is to ease slightly the following week with lighter showers and temperatures averaging highs of 14 degrees.

The north: A grey and wet weekend is forecast for the north with no chance of any sunshine and prolonged rain showers with highs of 14 degrees and lows of 6 degrees. From Tuesday some sunny spells are expected but the rain is to continue and temperatures rise slightly to daily highs of 15 degrees.

The centre: The rain is to continue over the weekend with temperatures peaking at 13 degrees and dropping to lows of 6 degrees, and no chance of seeing any sunshine. From Monday the showers are to ease slightly and some sunny spells are expected with temperatures rising to highs of 15 degrees.

The south: Heavy rain showers are predicted for Saturday when temperatures are to reach highs of 17 degrees and lows of 10 degrees. On Sunday there will be a chance of some sunshine but the rain is to continue until Tuesday when the cloud cover is to remain but it is to be mainly dry and brighter.

Madeira: Rain showers are expected on Saturday when there will be highs of 20 degrees and lows of 14 degrees. On Sunday sunshine and intermittent cloud is forecast with highs of 21 degrees. The mild weather is to continue the following week.

The Azores: Rain is to continue on Saturday with some sunny spells and highs of 16 degrees. Sunday and Monday is to be mainly dry but rain is to return again from Tuesday with average highs of 17 degrees.
