This is an initiative under the Xperience Program, a broad training program to accelerate and foster talent in the sector, promoted by the Group.

The Xperience Program is described as “a living laboratory” to ensure the first steps, evolve and make a difference in the world of hospitality in a sustainable way - dedicated to young people who want to build their future in the hotel industry, and it was designed and inspired by the importance of customer experience in the sector. The training has three levels: Beginners (for recent graduates of technical-professional courses); Graduates: aimed at recent graduates or masters in the sector; and Top Leaders: designed for young people with a degree in Management or Economics and leadership ambitions, who can attend international training.

Open Nights

To mark this broad Xperience programme, and with the conviction that entertainment and hospitality should start with employees and emerging talent, the Group is organising two nights that combine talent acquisition and entertainment: the Real Hotels Group Open Nights. Seeking to bring together talent and passion for hospitality in a relaxed and surprising way, the first Open Night will take place at the iconic Maxime Hotel in Lisbon on May 7, 2025. Due to its size, places are limited in Lisbon, but the most sought-after Open Night will head south to Le Club in Albufeira - the vibrant epicenter of entertainment in the Algarve, at the Grande Real Santa Eulália, on May 14, 2025.

Nádia Sousa, HR Director at RHG, points out that “This initiative by the Group is not just another response to the challenges of attracting and retaining talent in the industry, which, in fact, cuts across multiple sectors. It is the conviction that a (good) environment, entertainment and creativity are an integral part of our activity, so we must seek to provide precisely this territory for those who want to be part of a pillar sector in our economy. If we want to create unique experiences, we must also seek to provide them to our future assets: our people.”
