The Portuguese Treasury and Debt Management Agency (IGCP) web page on Bloomberg said the €750 million in 11.month debt went for an average of -0.291%, less than on 21 June this year, when the rate was -0.264%.
The €250 million in three-month bills went for an average of -0.348%, again, better than on 21 June, when the rate was -0.337%.
