The fire broke out as the Eva bus travelled along Gulbenkian Avenue.


The driver pulled over at the nearest stop, near a health centre, to let the passengers off.


Fire-fighters were called out and quickly extinguished the blaze as passengers were transferred onto a replacement bus.
