The Open Day will be held next week, on 16 and 17 March (Monday and Tuesday), between 7am and 10pm. Why not pop in and see what fun and effective workouts are on offer.
Visitors to the Open Day can try their hand at any of the lessons and the gym – for free. Lessons include Zumba, Pilates, Combat, Cycling, Yoga and Step, among others, all designed to be fun and a thoroughly good workout. A Personal Training regime is also available and the recently-revamped gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
