The figures released on Wednesday confirm an earlier estimate that was disclosed a fortnight ago. This being that the Portuguese economy grew 2.7 percent overall in 2017, and in the last quarter it grew 2.4 percent in annual terms and 0.7 percent compared to the third quarter.
