The incident was reported last night when the Boeing 737 flew past a drone at an altitude of 500 metres.
The incident is the seventh this past month and the 11th since the beginning of the year involving drones and passenger planes.
Drones are not permitted to fly at an altitude of above 120 metres and cannot be operated in the vicinity of airports.
