According to the PSP police, the accident happened at around 10.20am on Rua dos Moinhos in Pendão.
The police said the boy was declared dead at the scene after falling from the building.
The tragic incident comes a week after a four-year-old died after falling from an eighth floor balcony in a nine-storey building in Lisbon.
