The German Chancellor is scheduled to visit the new Bosch R&D centre in Braga on the 30th of May before going to Porto to tour the Health Research and Innovation Centre.
The next day Merkel will travel to Lisbon where she will meet President of Portugal Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. António Costa visited Berlin at the start of his term of office in January 2016.
