During the pandemic, many flights have been cancelled…customers have not been offered the opportunity for refunds (despite EU regulations) and have been issued vouchers, which sometimes work and other times not.
The website is a dysfunctional nightmare and customer service virtually non-existent.
My own story involves two cancelled flights, two vouchers, one of which doesn’t work and expires today.
I have yet to receive the slightest acknowledgement of my complaint.

This is at best gross incompetence and at worst: fraud.
It is a disgrace, a national carrier is the nation’s front door and TAP are smearing the Portuguese front door with s**t…I think this is a story worth investigating, one of this nation’s main industries is tourism, which TAP is sabotaging, their shoddy behaviour and service should be exposed.
