“The project came about when a friend and I decided to buy the site. The original plan was a less ambitious type of housing project. They were then given form and substance by the well-known architect Vasco Viera,” said Anthony Hickey, CEO of First Class Properties Lda.

In my opinion, the combination between sophistication and functionality makes these houses exceptional to live in.

And when I say exceptional, I'm talking about every single detail, from the kitchen appliances to the modern windows that only allow 30 percent of heat generated through sunlight through the glass, which protects the interiors from overheating in the summer. In addition to this, the homes are very well insulated making it almost impossible to hear any noise, whether from the road or from neighbours.
