According to Dinheiro Vivo, the average rise will be 1.81%.
On the 25 de Abril bridge, the class 1 fare will go from the current 1.85 euros to 1.90 euros. In classes 2 and 3, the addition will be ten cents. And heavy vehicles (class 4) will have to pay 15 cents more to use this bridge. Class 5 (motorcycles) will, in turn, rise by three cents to 1.33 euros.
As for the Vasco da Gama bridge, the class 1 fare will rise by five cents to 2.9 euros. Class 2 will see an increase of ten cents to 6.55 euros. In classes 3 and 4, the fare will increase by 15 and 20 cents, respectively. Dinheiro Vivo emphasises, however, that on both bridges there are discounts for ViaCard customers.
