According to newspaper Económico, the increase in the sale of luxury cars was over 30%, based on information provided by the Portuguese Automobile Association.
Aston Martin took the lead, with the sale of 34 cars, ahead of Bentley, Ferrari and Lamborghini.
Although the sale of electric cars increased by 70 percent last year, it has not yet returned to pre-pandemic values.

Only for the rich…..say an average man or woman has a car now worth 5000 euros.
How are they going to afford an electric car when the price is say 50,000 euros?
Food and everyday living come first. I think more electric cars as time goes on… then hydrogen will be available….I think the targets set are totally a dream until Electric cars halve in price.
