According to OnStrategy, the results of the analysis of Relevance and Emotional Reputation of brands among Portuguese citizens, highlights the Web Summit, Emirates, Avis rent-a-car, Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and McDonalds in 2021.
This work is carried out continuously throughout the year and in accordance with the certification of ISO20671 (strategy and strength assessment) and ISO10668 (financial assessment) standards, evaluating the attributes associated with notoriety, relevance, consideration, trust, admiration, preference and recommendation.
On a 100-point scale, this study analyses more than 2,000 audited brands that were previously spontaneously identified by more than 50,000 citizens that reflect society in terms of geographic distribution, gender, age, education level and social class. By sector, more than 50 industries are evaluated, including retail-restaurants, hotels and leisure, travel agencies, airlines, car rental, art and culture, cities, tourism regions and events.
