There is also no good news for those with a petrol car as prices are up by 8 centres per litre, the equivalent of €3.20 when purchasing 40 litres.
To address this rise in fuel prices, the Government has announced that it will reinforce the Autovoucher program, a monthly subsidy for taxpayers, from five euros to 20 euros from today. To access the “discount” you must first join the IVAucher platform, then choose an eligible petrol station and finally pay with a payment card from a participating bank.
Small price to pay for being able to drive our vehicles without fear of a bomb dropping on us or a bullet through the window.
