According to a report by ECO, the company intends to
increase the number of real estate consultants by 150%, recruiting another 200
professionals. The real estate company also intends to expand to different
areas of Greater Lisbon, including the Oeiras area with the main objective
being to increase its market share in Lisbon in the coming years.
“The real estate consultant is a natural entrepreneur,
someone very focused on achieving their goals, not only professional, but also
personal. These consultants are, fundamentally, people who want to own their
time and their lives, betting on a successful trajectory”, explains Constanza
Maya, head of expansion & support at Engel & Völkers Portugal, Spain
and Andorra.
“Advisors must also have the soft skills and business
knowledge to enable them to get the most out of every action and investment.
These are people who have had very successful careers in the past and who, at a
given moment, decide to start a business and choose to do so with the support
of a leading brand in the premium real estate sector,” she said.
“The brand offers future real estate consultants the
possibility to develop their activity in a professional environment, with a
vast network of national and international clients, access to exclusive premium
properties in the area, as well as the central office, located on Avenida da
Liberdade, in Lisbon”.
Currently, Engel & Völkers Lisboa has a network of 80
consultants.
