In a statement, the GNR states that the “RoadPol – Safety
Days” operation, which begins on Friday and ends on September 23 throughout the
mainland, aims to “raise awareness of society in general to the importance of
adopting safer behaviours by all road users”.
The GNR recalls that in 2021 it recorded 69,220 accidents.
In the first eight months of 2022, the GNR recorded 50,462 accidents.

They have an annual target to make. I think last year it was 112 million and this increases every year.
