The “QS Global MBA Rankings 2023”, place The Lisbon MBA in 34th place and PBS in 71st position.

The joint venture between Católica Lisboa School of Business and Economics and Nova School of Business and Economics, in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management, which maintains the position achieved in the previous edition, obtained an overall score of 53.9.

“Its value proposition is based on providing a truly global experience, with a holistic development and a remarkable action learning approach, in a diverse and entrepreneurial city. Thus, the diversity of nationalities, the entrepreneurial spirit and the results of the alumni, and leadership are the parameters with the highest scores”.

Porto Business School, whose global score is not disclosed, has been in this ranking for five consecutive years.

“The consolidation of Porto Business School’s position in the QS rankings reinforces our commitment and our desire to continue to do more and better”, said Ramon O’Callaghan, dean of Porto Business School, in a statement. “These results demonstrate that we are on the right path to offer students and companies an internationally recognised training course that responds to the challenges and needs of an increasingly demanding and constantly changing world”, he concludes.

The “QS Global MBA Rankings 2023” evaluated 300 MBA programs from 47 countries, based on information collected from educational institutions and also from employers, namely the reputation of recruiters. The performance of MBA programs is calculated based on groups of indicators and a weighting, for which factors such as employability, return on investment, entrepreneurship and alumni evolution, leadership and diversity are evaluated.
