“CoolJazz is back and the first confirmation is soul music legend. On July 8, 2023, the 'An Evening with Lionel Richie' takes to the stage at the Hipódromo Manuel Possolo”, reads a statement released by the promoters.

Lionel Richie, 73, is the voice behind songs including “Hello”, “All night long”, “Say you, say me” and “Endless love”.

In the 1960s, he was lead singer and saxophonist for the Commodores, responsible for songs like “Easy”, “Three Times a Lady”, “Still” and “Sail On”.

Tickets for Lionel Richie's concert at CoolJazz 2023, have prices ranging from 35 to 75 euros, and will be on sale from 11:00 on November 3, on the festival's website, at www.cooljazz.pt
