December 2022 was the
hottest month of December registered in Portugal since records began.

According to broadcaster RTP last month was 2.76 degrees above average for this time of year.
The highest temperature, 25 degrees, was registered in Aljezur, on the 27th of
December. Overnight lows were also above average.

it's not true. At least for Porto. Last year it was 24 in Matosinhos for almost 2 weeks in December.
