The report sourced the average price of a three bedroom
semi-detached home between October and December 2022 and found that country
wide the average price was €330,000, an increase of 6% when compared to the
same period in 2021.
The author of the report, Conall MacCoille, told the Irish
Mirror that while the market is buoyant, the number of properties listed on the
site is still below the levels recoded before the pandemic.
There are also some big differences in prices depending on
where you are looking to buy in Ireland with the average price of a three
bedroom semi costing €131,000 in Longford but €385,000 in Wicklow.
