The project consists of a private condominium with 174 tourist apartments (with houses on the ground floor or on the 1st floor), 400 meters from the beach, in the heart of Porto Covo.

According to a report by ECO, Porto Covo was chosen for this project mainly because it is a developing tourist destination, increasingly sought after by Portuguese and foreigners alike. The historic centre, with a wide range of restaurants, shops and entertainment, as well as countless beaches and Ilha do Pessegueiro are some of the attractions of this destination.
