According to idealista, the Berlin-based company reveals, in a statement, that the property in Lisbon will be located on Rua Passos Manuel. “It will have 74 units and will be operated as a hotel-apartment”, reads the note.

The NUMA hotel chain reveals that it will have more than 140 rooms in all in the Portuguese capital. The first investment in national territory by the German group was the emblematic building where the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) was headquartered. In this case, there will be 77 rooms and 154 beds, in a total of 1,600 square meters (m2) – the opening is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.

“NUMA has relied on the collaboration of new real estate partners with heritage profiles and promoters for the implementation of these new emblematic buildings in these cities that are totally strategic for the group”, says the company.

Cited in the document, Daniel Martí Hedström, director of expansion at NUMA Iberia, comments that these deals are part of the expansion plan of the hotel chain in the Iberian Peninsula, which also passes through Porto. “We already have several properties in operation in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville and we continue to move forward with a very strong pipeline of projects signed and under negotiation in Malaga, Valencia, Lisbon and Porto”.
