The firm will acquire about 42 million ordinary shares from Chairman Lawrence Stroll’s Yew Tree consortium and will subscribe for 28 million more shares, for 335 pence each, raising about £95 million for the automaker in cash and raising Geely’s stake in the company to 17%.
