According to the most recent data from the Portuguese Association of Funds of Investment, Pensions and Heritage (APFIPP), among the open accumulation funds, the average return is 4.46%, and in June the one with the highest return generated for its subscribers was Imonegócios, accounting for a performance of 9.58% since the beginning of the year. This is one of the Parvalorem funds that manage the portfolio of properties that were owned by BPN.

This is followed by the Property Core Real Estate Fund, marketed by Banco Best and managed by Square Asset Management, which has the largest portfolio of real estate assets in the country, with a return of 6.84% per annum.

The top 3 is completed by AF Portfólio Imobiliário, the fund managed by Interfundos of Millennium bcp, which recorded a return of 5.15%.
