The top ten ranking of the most expensive streets to buy a house is dominated by properties located in the Lisbon district, according to idealista.

Completing the podium of this ranking of the streets with the most luxury homes are Rua Melo e Sousa, in Estoril, with an average price of €3,417,142, and Rua das Palmeiras, in Quinta da Marinha, in Cascais (€3,187,636).

The fourth address with the most exclusive prices to buy a house is located on Rua Vítor Cordon, in the parish of Santa Maria Maior, in Lisbon (€3,163,454). Next are the exclusive Condomínio Herdade da Aroeira, located in Charneca da Caparica (€3,019,000) and Avenida General Carmona, in Estoril, where the average price of a house is around €2,970,000.

In seventh place is Rua Birre, located in Cascais, which has houses at an average price of €2,904,117.
