According to a report by SIC Notícias, Portuguese people are travelling to a service station in Badajoz, Spain, where savings can reach more than 30 cents per litre.
At this petrol station, which is located a few kilometres from Elvas, in the district of Portalegre, the volume of Portuguese customers is up to 80% compared to local customers.
You cannot blame them ,i would take a petrol tanker if i had one ,its called looking after the little money you have after paying tax,except this time your paying spanish tax and portugal is unhappy ,sour grapes

Taken into account that Crude oil only costs 0.56€ and selling in Portugal for 1.87€ (Petrol) and 1.81€ (Diesel), I think the government should drop all their taxes by at least 50%, then people on't have to go to Spain to fill up! Don't believe me, go to https://oilpricez.com/pt/portugal-oil-price
