A multinational technology company is the most recent tenant at The EXO, occupying 35,703 square feet on the building's first and second floors, according to joint brokers Savills Ireland and CBRE.
This agreement is the biggest office leasing transaction in the second half of the year.
The firm has maintained a presence in the North Docks for the last ten years, they added, and the letting is proof of the community’s ongoing commercial appeal.
The family history company Ancestry is scheduled to take 5,576 square feet on the 10th floor, while the architecture and design firm Corgan has also secured 5,575 square feet on the 11th floor.
These leases come after An Post moved its headquarters, leasing 83,572 square feet over six floors, to The EXO in July.
Interest in the remaining space is still strong, according to Savills and CBRE, demonstrating the building's attraction to prestigious companies.
There are still four storeys that are 5,500 square feet apiece, plus one additional floor that is 17,900 square feet.
Tristan Capital Partners' EPISO 4 fund and SW3 are providing funding for the EXO.
This year has seen a great deal of development and revitalization at Point Square. Dunnes has started to outfit an anchor location, and The Glassbox location will soon introduce a new menu item.
“We are thrilled to see such esteemed businesses select The EXO as their operational home,” stated joint rental agents Sam Daunt of CBRE Ireland and Shane Duffy of Savills Ireland.
It serves as evidence of the building's exceptional quality and advantageous position. The Point Square neighbourhood is becoming a more sought-after location for businesses due to the continuous improvements and development that are fostering a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere,” they continued.
