According to Sul Informação, applications can be submitted through a specific application, until 20 December, requiring the applicant's identification documents, documents proving the applicant's legitimacy, a copy of the proof of communication of the lease contract (model 2 – stamp duty) provided on the Finance Portal and a copy of the last income receipt, provided on the Finance Portal, or a copy of the last income receipt issued for the year of the intended tax benefit.

In a note, the Tavira municipality recalls that submission via email requires the use of the qualified electronic signature of the Citizen Card Digital Mobile Key or qualified certificate.
Alternatively, it can be delivered to the Balcão Único (Fees and Licenses Section), on the ground floor of the Paços do Concelho building, from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 4 pm.
