The post goes on to state that the purchase of lost luggage can be made through an online page, allegedly associated with Lisbon Airport and in the comments there are statements from “customers” talking about how great the offer appears to be.

“I found a huge amount of branded clothing, a Macbook, as well as Ray-Ban sunglasses”, says one of the comments on this publication.

However, while the proposal is tempting, Polígrafo has already confirmed with ANA Aeroportos that this is a “fraudulent publication” and it “has already been reported to Facebook / META, with ANA already taking legal action”, according to a report by Postal.

This scam aims to obtain the bank details of those targeted. It is for this reason that ANA Aeroportos, responsible for the Lisbon Airport concession, is “making every effort to ensure that this page is deleted and that those responsible are held legally responsible for this illicit act”.
