Drinks Industry Ireland reports that Guinness Storehouse saw a 32% rise in overall visitor numbers.

In 2023, foreign visitors made up 81% of the Guinness Storehouse's total attendance, with 29% coming from the UK and 26% from the US.

On the other hand, mainland Europe has experienced a 26% rise in tourists from Spain, Italy, Germany, and France, while the UK has had a 28% increase in visits to the Storehouse's unique behind-the-scenes Brewery Tour Experience.

More than 24 million Guinness enthusiasts have passed through the renowned black gates of the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin's The Liberties since it opened its doors in 2000.

The Guinness Storehouse team expects that its December World Travel Awards wins for World's Leading Tourist Attraction 2023 and World's Leading Beer Tour Visitor Experience 2023 will help it maintain its high visitation levels until 2024.

Storehouse managing director Catherine Toolan told the PA in December, “The Guinness Storehouse has been in this location and open as a visitor experience and a brand experience for 23 years now and throughout that 23 years we continued to invest in creating a world-class experience.”
