With backing from its investor, private equity firm Melior Equity Partners, CEO Conor Foley stated that the company is actively investing to drive the next stage of its expansion, including aspirations to quadruple operations over the next three years.

AIB, Bank of Ireland, the Irish Strategic Investment Fund, and the European Investment Fund support the Melior Equity Partners Fund II.

The business has built new offices in County Monaghan's Castleblayney.

NRG Panel, which was founded in 2015 by Conal O'Reilly and Ollie Hughe, assists clients in lowering expenses and carbon emissions by enhancing the energy efficiency of their residences and places of business.

With more than 8,000 installations around the nation, it is one of the top installers of solar PV, batteries, EV chargers, and heat pumps in the nation, all registered with the SEAI.

The company services the entire island of Ireland and has 74 employees.

“NRG Panel is embarking on the next phase of our ambitious agenda, playing our part in Ireland's decarbonisation journey,” Conor Foley, the CEO, stated.

“We are investing heavily in people and technology, in addition to our new headquarters, since we think these will help us draw in the greatest candidates for our team. We will be able to keep providing incredible client experiences while accelerating our growth by drawing in the most brilliant individuals in the field,” Mr Foley stated.

“Over the next three years, we plan to cement our position as one of Ireland's leading green energy installers, doubling our business and creating significant employment opportunities in operational, managerial and support roles as we do so,” he stated.
