Every year, the consultancy OnStrategy presents the results of the “Brand Reputation” study in Portugal.
Referring to the consolidated year 2023, in accordance with the certification of standards ISO20671 (strategy and strength assessment) and ISO10668 (financial assessment), consolidating information regarding the emotional dimension of reputation (Relevance, Consideration, Trust, Admiration, Purchase Intent, Preference, Recommendation and Defense), in “Travel&Leisure”, the leadership belongs to Booking.com, with a score of 73.1. In second place, with the same score (71.8) comes Pestana and Pousadas de Portugal.
In terms of “Airlines”, first place was reserved for TAP, with 72.9 points, followed by Emirates (72.8) and British Airways (71.7).
This ranking also includes Lufthansa, Air France, Sata, KLM, Iberia, Ryanair and easyJet.
