According to Publituris, Turismo Centro de Portugal, ACP – Automóvel Club de Portugal and the several municipalities in the region that will host the Vodafone Rally de Portugal this year have formally signed the race protocols in Figueira da Foz.

Jorge Sampaio, member of the executive committee, represented Turismo Centro de Portugal at the event.

“The Rally de Portugal is an excellent tourist product, which attracts a huge number of people to the Central region of Portugal, from outside and inside the country, with a great impact on the regional economy”, said the director of regional tourism.


Further highlighting that it is thanks to the joint effort of several entities, that the region has been able to host the Vodafone Rally de Portugal year after year: “The possibility of hosting the rally results from something we are very used to doing, which is working together”.

The Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2024 has its ceremonial start in Coimbra, scheduled for 5 pm on 9 May, followed, on the same day, by the super special opening in Figueira da Foz, at 19:05 pm. On the 10th, the rally will have two passes through the Mortágua, Lousã, Góis, and Arganil sections, all in Central Portugal.
